"I had a clasp sewn back onto some pants and it seemed to turn out fine. Last time I went in I asked to have them sew a pocket into some pants and they said they couldn’t do it because it would take too long and would be cheaper if I just bought a new pair of pants. Bummer, but I can only rate those services that I’ve actually received from them. One other note, last time I went in (May 2019) it was extremely hot inside. I feel bad for anyone who has to work in that heat. I hope they get the a/c fixed for the health of their employees."
