Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup 3901 West Cavalry Court, Lincoln, NE 68528

"We had another service come out to fix a clog in our main and they were unsuccessful in solving the root of the issue twice. We called out R-R and they were able to solve the problem and camera the main to ensure that it was solved and give us peace of mind that it would stay solved. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They clean up after themselves and they took steps to mitigate messes coming in and out of the house. However, after they reseated the toilet it's wobbly (potentially causing leaks and other issues later). I know the other business that came out took extra care to ensure the existing shims did their job. Also, the older gentleman started to leave the job before ensuring that the laundry drain was resolved (it wasn't) and implied that it was something that I could do myself (why would I have called you in the first place if I thought I could?). I insisted they snake that drain as well and that issue was resolved. Our visit from R-R was not cheap and while I appreciate the cleanup, having another issue (albeit small) to solve after they left leaves a bad taste in my mouth considering the bill we were left with."

"My service was phenomenal! It was an emergency call and the tech showed up in a reasonable amount of time. He was respectful and texted upon arrival as requested due to a sleeping baby. He worked quickly and as quietly as possible. The care for cleanliness was amazing and greatly appreciated! The tech also allowed my other children to watch from a reasonable distance and answered their questions. Will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing concerns."

"Wonderful service experience! I called on a Saturday, with Sub-Zero temps, and snow covered roads for a backed up drain and the tech was here within a few hours. He was friendly and professional and fixed our problem (massive tree roots clogged the line). The price was reasonable for an emergency call and all the work that he did to make sure we had running water. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future if I ever have any more plumbing issues."
