"Was told our curtains would take less than 5 days after checking in at 6, 8 and 10 days we were told a manager would call us and didn't. Once we called on day 10 they said they would expedite the curtains back to this location after going to their cleaning warehouse. Once they arrived we picked up and it was not until we got home that we found out a small stain from a Crayola marker was not able to be removed from our curtains and brown spots. It's shocking that that is something they weren't able to get out. And we were more frustrated they didn't tell us upon picking up and waiting twice as long as expected. Curtains were not pressed on the bottom and had a large crease across the middle from being on the hanger. Will have to steam them ourselves after paying over $100."

Of course their laundry and dry cleaning service is superb also. They have good coupons and offers. We will keep going back."

"I have made the decision to no longer give my business to Tide. I have to remind them EVERY SINGLE TIME to NOT put a crease in my pants. And almost every single time I find a crease! I mention it every time I drop them off, which I shouldn't have to. I am essentially paying for the opposite of what I'm asking for. I feel this is a very simple/easy request, and it baffles me that this location consistently misses the mark. If you care about consistency and small details, consider other options as there are many."
