I have been in banking for years and completed hundreds of transactions none have ever gone this poorly. Through most of this process I have had to advise them on what to do and correct mistakes along the way. I would advise anyone looking for a title company in the area to look elsewhere."

"The buyers of our home chose HST, I was contacted by one of your closers. On the phone she wasn’t very pleasant. We came in and signed paperwork with her and she was rude and used little to no positive social skills. I was pretty surprised she speaks to people this way. "The closing process includes a " closing costs detail " sheet breaking out the cost of the lenders policy and the owner's policy. Nobody could explain or would explain, (calls not returned) the allocation of the premium between these two categories or why one ( item H 09) was optional. This is minor but reflects the difference between Chicago Title and all the other shops that handle simple closings. would not use for any of our commercial transactions. I will stick with Chicago title."
