"I just came in today for a check deposit. The lady spoke to me very rude ( I think she just started work here?She doesnt even want to talked to me at all. The time she hang me back my debit card , she didnt say any word to me."

"They were extremely busy. Only 2 cashiers, and 1 cashier for the drive through. All we wanted was to speak to a banker. After standing for 25 minutes in line we left and went to another location."

"Drive through takes FOREVER! Last several times I’ve been in drive through it’s taken at least 30 minutes. This last time I had one car in front of me who took over 15 minutes. Then when it was my turn I put my stuff in the tube in wasn’t even acknowledged for about eight minutes. Then after I confirmed I was making a deposit it took another 12 minutes to get my receipt. This is not a one time thing it’s every time I come, very frustrating. This is unacceptable service UPDATE: 7/31/21 STILL JUST AS SLOW NO CHANGES WHATSOEVER WORST BANK EVER - we were in drive through at least 30 minutes this time while I had a toddler in the backseat crying that he had to use the bathroom. There has been no improvements over the past year at this location, every time I come I wait 20+ minutes. This bank should just shut down a couple of drive through lanes, if your short staffed don’t take on more lanes than you can handle."

"The drive-thru lane at this location is extremely slow- to the point where it is honestly ridiculous. We have been sitting here for one hour at least. I understand the inside lobby is closed but I’ve gone to other locations where the situation is the same and we are through in 5 minutes. It’s 3PM on a Tuesday- not much I can think for an excuse regarding the long wait."
