"If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The banking system itself is extremely outdated, insane fees, and the savings account interest rate is a joke. The customer service has been fine, however today I had a horrible experience with a woman at this location. I was there to close our accounts and treated so poorly I left humiliated and in tears. I truly feel if it was my husband who went in to close the accounts he would have been treated differently. Save yourself the stress and bank with Cap. One or Wells Fargo"
