"I’m really getting frustrated with US Bank’s lack of open hours. This is at least the third time I’ve driven several miles from my business (because half the branches are closed) during reasonable business hours (before 5 PM during the week) only to find them closed. On the times I do go and they are open, the wait is excessive (30+ minutes). Ironically, a coworker was just telling me this morning about her run around town trying to find a open US Bank at around 4 PM on a weekday."

"USBANK, for lack of a better term, sucks. They charge huge late fees that grow algorithmically each additional day. They charge fees on everything. Everything. It wouldn't surprise me if they charged an entrance fee just to walk in the door. Almost as crooked as Wells Fargo."
