"My evaluation took place in March. We just got the results back in October. That is a ridiculous delay. the standard is 6 weeks. my parents and doctors have been calling them every other week with no reply. they haven't even tried to set up an appointment to go over the findings. Also my pediatrician, therapist and I all disagree with the results. I was tested for adhd and autism and diagnosed with neither, but my pediatrician is now diagnosing me with autism anyway. we think the evaluator placed not enough emphasis on the interview and behavior side and too much on the computer testing part. not to mention I'm afab, so.... less likely to be taken seriously in medical situations."
