"On Feb 9th, 2023 My husband and I filled out an online quote for a POD unit to be delivered to our current residence. We were moving to a new residence located in the same state about 50 miles away from where we had the unit delivered. On February 14th, 2023. POD’s delivered a unit to our current residence. We packed the unit and on March 15th, 2023, my husband called PODs to schedule pick up time to have the unit delivered to our new home. It was at this time we were informed by a POD’s rep that they didn't deliver to the location of our new residence as advertised on their website. POD”s advertises Statewide and Nationwide delivery.Never did a POD representative call to follow up after we submitted the online quote. We assumed that the delivery location was covered as stated in their website. We are seeking a full refund. POD’s complete lack of transparency and false advertising is unacceptable. My husband had to unload all of our items from the POD into another unit from a different company. The POD unit was completely useless and we should not have to pay for their lack of negligence. "We used a Pod because we could manage a large move too a new home and felt that the handling would be superior to have a moving company or renting a truck large enough to accommodate the move. We had two Pod's and both were delivered as promised. No damage that was related to the shipping as we packed and packing was tight and well protected. The experience was excellent."

The pod was delivered efficiently and in good condition. I hired movers offered through the company. They were the fastest movers I ever used and did a wonderful job. The pickup of the pod went just as well. They stored my pod for months, and when I finally had local movers empty it, everyone on the customer service end was so polite. All questions I had were answered by knowledgeable and clear people on the phone. All drivers and people at the pod site were friendly and polite too. A little more expensive but to me worth it given how easy and thorough the process was and how well kept my belongings were."
