"Everyone I talked to was nice. Was quoted a price to rent a box truck, when I got there the $1.19 per mile was added to the quote. Changed the price significantly. I declined. The competition rents with unlimited miles. Less than half the price."

"I was told the price of 2 day car transport one way was roughly $130. Upon arrival to pick up the transport I was told my rental was for a two way rental then told a one way was around $350. I reluctantly agreed to the two way rental.. after bringing the transport home and loading the vehicle for the trip to Colorado I called to change it to a one way knowing fully I would pay the extra amount.. I was then told I could not change it and I was stuck with bringing it back.. furthermore I was told if I did drop it off at a uhaul in Colorado that the place I dropped it off at had the right to charge me double or triple the one way trip charge. Not very happy.. all I wanted to do was change the contract before I left and was willing to pay the extra. Customer service is not the best."
