"The staff here is so far very unhelpful and unknowledgeable. I've been waiting for over a week and a half for my lock to get changed because apparently when you move into a new place, they can't just give you a key. You have to put your mail on hold, have them come out and take the lock off, then *you* have to go out and buy a new lock and install it. The guy who helped me today was also incredibly rude, and possibly not all there. He finished helping another customer, so I walked up to the window to get help. He told me I'd have to ring the bell and closed the door on me. I rang the bell, and he immediately opened it again and asked how he could help me. Why did I have to ring the bell again just for that? Then he proceeded to interrogate me on why I wasn't getting my mail at home and why I had to come pick it up at the post office, which is none of his business. Nevermind the fact that it's their fault I'm picking it up there as I'm still waiting on them."
"Very rude. They slam the door in my face when I gave my ID card. When you call the phone they are never never nice!!!!!!!! I think it would kill them to be nice. They lose my mail. SMH"
"I wish I could give a zero star since I never received any service. I went to this location at 2:35 PM on Thursday. Their lunch break is over at 2:30 PM. They did not open the door atleast till 3 PM, and that is I when I left. I have no idea if they opened at all or not. I witnessed 4 elderly people, 2 disabled people come, knock at the door, wait for a while, get disappointed, and then head back. All this in a chilling temperature."
"I went to this location to figure out a missing package that tracking information said was delivered but wasn’t in my mail box. The people there were very nice and helpful, and they were able to track down my missing package."
"I had a mix up where someone incorrectly and accidentally informed the post office I had a new address. Even though I did not have anything to do with this mix up, I had to go to the post office to submit a change of address back to my correct address. Meanwhile, the post office was delivering all my mail and packages to the address where my mail was being forwarded, but where I do not live. Fortunately, for the most part, I was able to get my mail and packages that were sent to the wrong address, through no help of the post office. I had been tracking both of these packages, wondering where they were. Both packages showed that delivery had been attempted weeks ago, but had no new information. I submitted claims for each of these packages and spoke to two different people at this location over the phone regarding this matter. I was told both times to wait and see. I told them I had already submitted a change of address back to my actual address and asked what else I could do in order to get these packages moving, since they appeared to be stuck somewhere. I was told to wait and see, and if I didn't have them in another week, to call back and see if they had any other ideas. No one appeared to have any idea where the packages would be. The residents of the address that been erroneously provided as my "new address" received notices that two packages were being held. When they went to pick those up (thinking the packages belonged to them) they were charged $10 each, despite shipping have been paid by me when I ordered the products. BUT! Lo and behold, they were the long lost packages! When the residents of the wrong address got home from this same trip, they found a notice sent to me - at their address - confirming that this was no long my address. I am appalled by the lack of knowledge the employees have of their own system, and the ease with which a third party can change someone's address with no proof, and the headache this creates. I am infuriated that after paying shipping for products I bought, the post office charged MORE because they decided to hold them packages their location for weeks, with no indication of this on the tracking information. The fact that it cost an additional $20 for their mix up is icing on the incompetent bureaucratic cake. Talk about the stereotype of post office employees who have no clue and don't care."
