"My son is in Special Ed and was trying to get a message to my son on the bus through dispatch and ‘NICK’ kept hanging up on me. I doubt he was so busy to keep hanging up on me since Sheryl was there! Do you know how worry some and frustrating it was, just trying to get through to have the bus driver tell my son take his phone out of his back pack and turn it on so he can answer my call!!!!! I had to call over 12 times as I’m trying to get there. That is UNACCEPTABLE and UNNECESSARY!!! You DO NOT treat a parent like that when you work for public schools."
