"Edited for update. After talking to the service manager today, things are clear for both of us. I did spend somewhere around 8 hours there, for a 30 minute job. I was given explanations, not excuses as to some of the reason for that, and those were understandable, but he also understood my frustration and where the ball was dropped on their end too. The Night mechanic who worked on me got me done right away, even diagnosing the actual issue (tho there was two issues in the end). Over all, that day felt like a bad experience, however the communication today makes me feel more secure if I need their services in the future, and would be happy to give them another try if the unfortunate events warrant the visit."
