"If I could leave zero stars I would! I've had numerous packages delivered to wrong addresses instead of my house and my house numbers are clearly visible from the street! What's the saddest part of their service is that the packages that belonged to me were delivered to houses with prominent addresses showing as well so the driver should have been able to see that the address didn't match. Driving out to the office is a waste of time too. They say that they need 48 hours to recover a package and then it is my responsibility to have contact the shipper and have them file a complaint.....WHAT!? Then they try to resolve the matter by backtracking the delivery and just past a sticky note on the person's door asking them to take the package to my house! What a joke! If possible I always request NOT to use fed ex.. Especially in north platte nebraska!"
