"Very slow (30 minute wait for nuggets and fries) and something was wrong with the ventilation system, requiring doors to be left open in the dining area. The lobby was full of waiting people at 7:30 PM. Fortunately we ordered before the rush. Not what I was expecting for a "quick" stop on our road trip."

"The food is good but you need to make sure to check your order. The last 2 times I have gone, they gave me the wrong order. I paid for the new Natcho chicken sandwich regular and got a spicy chicken sandwich with nothing on it! If I wanted that, I would have gone to McDonald's. I don't think I will go back to this Wendy's."

"Fast food. It is what it is. My children were very impressed with a frosty and fries. AND the pop machine being so high tech that you can have orange fanta with peach, or root beer with vanilla. (Many many options and combinations.)"

"I had an absolutely amazing experience at Wendy's! While the food was just okay and the chicken burger I ordered was slightly undercooked with a hint of pink, the staff was incredibly apologetic. They promptly made fresh food and fixed my order with great speed. Their outstanding service truly made up for the minor hiccup in the food quality. Kudos to the staff for their quick response and excellent customer service!"
