"New Management is horrible. Bad communication. Consider putting in qualified management if you want your numbers to improve. If you want to service customers first you have to service drivers. Newsflash : the product doesn't show up magically. Treat the driver like a human being and be kind. Nastiness doesn't work! Perhaps a Manager who drove a truck more than zero seconds in their life can relate!"
"You give a company almost 8 years of dedicated service. And then 3 months ago, new management takes over and screws everything up. And then they wonder why all their long term drivers have bailed on them. As the old saying goes,"if it ain't broke to begin with, why change it up and break it even more." As if you were actively engaged in losing the contract. You're doing a bang up job in that for sure. Don't value driver's worth. And then wonder why your parking area is riddled with empty trucks. Go figure."
"I'm an owner operator with crete and have a maintenance account with them and tried to get 1 tire on there tire account at first I was approved when it came to the bill they denied my request and left me to pay it by my self mind you I have plenty of money in my maintenance account Iso either there going broke or running out of tires be careful owner operators"

The driver's lounge is nice, there are three showers, and the shop is running constantly and consistently. I would recommend this account to any driver looking for a decently paid and very straightforward truck driving job. Crete Carrier is hands-down the best company I've ever worked for in any industry, and I have absolutely no doubt that this will be the last corporate job I ever work."
