"I'd like to give a huge shout out to Troy and Chris! Mueller's cue repair team are beyond professionals. They go above any beyond for their customers. In this particular case the wrap on my cue was coming up a little bit at the seams and looks as though Troy completely redid it. Looks perfect now. Also I been having issues with predator shafts fitting a swapped out radial pin on a non-predator cue, Troy rethreaded 4 of my shafts that I was having issues with to fit the pin and he and his team did not charge me a penny not even for return shipping. If anyone is need of cue repairs or looking to purchase new indoor game equipment I highly recommend supporting Mueller's. They have a lifetime customer in me and I will continue to recommend them to ananyone I come in contact with in need of repair services. Thanks again guys!"

"4/5 Would have been 5 out of 5 but they charged me to change the weight of my pool cue from 19 to 18.5 oz, and didn't even send the original weight with my order. What did I pay $15 for - the 30 seconds it takes to change a weight? Can`t find another pool cue shop online that charges anything to change your cue weight. - But the cue is great, the work on the shaft was done well (had the taper lengthened to 14" and the size changed from 13-12.5 mm). The Engraving was also done well."
