"Talked to Chad a week ago about coming on Good Friday to look at a few vehicles on the lot, including an 08 Ford Escape, and a couple other vehicles. I get there and Chad greets me as I am entering but says he’s taking the day off and someone there would help me out. So I test drive the Ford Escape and loved it. When I bring the keys back inside and tell him I’m buying the Escape the sleezy salesman (Parker) hands the keys to another customer an tells me that he had told him that morning if he came from Lincoln he could come drive it and would have first choice and ends up selling it to him. I applied and called a week an advance about that vehicle, drove 2 hours and the first customer there, given the keys and offered a test drive, only to come back and be told it was promised to someone else. Have a little respect for the other customer and set it off to the side and not let me test drive it if you promised it to someone else."
