"Dropped a boat over 3 months ago. Turns out they don’t work on board of my type but they didn’t feel the need to communicate that to take it elsewhere. Even though they made the sane repairs prior. Even stole a battery out my boat I bought brand new. First time on the water after repairs were made dead battery. Brought the battery back where I bought it. Wasn’t the same battery. Dated 7 years old. No communication piss poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere. Edit to the reply. Voicemail stated you did not have time and did not state you could not do it. We left it with you to fix it. Did not state you do not work on these Larson’s anymore even though you sell them. But either way customer service lacks. Communication is piss poor. You guys show no care for your customers"
