"The level of communication at this business is surely lacking. My husband spent $334 on a letter jacket and was told it would be ready in 3 weeks...9 weeks later we still do not have it. He tried emailing Megan with no response, I then Facebook messaged them and was told he would receive a call today with an update. It is now noon with NO phone call, so he called and was told she wasn't in and the jacket was ready for pick up….went to pick it up…and it’s wrong! The graduation year isn’t even on the jacket and we still can’t get ahold of Megan for answers and NO ONE has offered to fix or rectify the issue! They take your money and runaway with it and you don’t receive it what was promised! Bunch of thieves! GET IT TOGETHER!"

"I did not have a positive experience. The shirt design turned out well but they failed to communicate that a “youth extra small” was not available in the shirt I chose and just went ahead with sizing up and printing “youth smalls”. When I called and spoke to the man at the office he did not apologize and continued to insist that an extra small was not available in that T-shirt. When I questioned him about no one communicating this to me, it did not matter. He offered no apology, nor an option to re-print the shirt or get my money back. I will never do business here again."
