"We had a very scary experience using this shuttle for the concerts. First, they shove as many people as they possibly can onto this bus. There was so many people on the bus you were unable to find anything to hang on and were thrown around. So many people were on the bus you could literally hear it grinding. Multiple times we were harassed on the bus by belligerent drunks. On our way home from the last night, my friend and her daughters were harassed horribly by two drunk males. Nobody including the driver or bus attendant riding with even attempted to stop what was happening. It was so scary! I have never felt more unsafe than on that shuttle and ruined the entire concert experience that should have been good memories for my friend and her daughters. Safety was not a concern"
"They showed up half an hour before they would have needed to for my appointment, but that's Ok. I called when I was finished with the appointment and did not have to wait long for the bus to come back to get me. The driver was courteous and I appreciate the service."
"Doesn’t give you an absolute time that they are going to come get you. When you tell them a time that you need to be at a place they tell you to watch for them an hour before. Very inconsistent"
"Very nice drivers"
"All service stops between 3-4 on weekdays for everyone except people getting out of school. Person answering the phone can not adequately explain how the system works. There is no schedule, you just call to schedule rides, but not when kids are getting out of school. She seemed very unsure and unclear on how it works. Typical unorganized public transportation."
