"I emailed them about a week ago with a simple question and haven't heard anything back. Their rifles look amazing but I'm not interested in doing business with a place that doesn't make time for customers...well formerly interested customers I guess."
"Short story I loved the gun and the price. I talked to Justin or one of the Hatcher's on Friday very nice and took my call while on vacation. Cancelled my order on Saturday and even left a message, "Where you bought and paid for the item there is a 20% restocking charge along with an F Rating and Black Listed on GuBroker." I was pissed, first he could have called, second my order was placed and cancelled even before open for business on Monday??? How could there be a restocking fee before the order was even placed. Hatcher Gun company was not even in the office before this all took place. I am sure they are a great company. I have a Stoeger gun for sale now!"
