"The supervisor (at least i think she was) was very unprofessional and knows very little about customer service. With over 10 people in line and one cashier. She and 3 others were laughing in the office and after waiting several minutes, I stepped up to the counter and asked if a new register could be open as there are a lot of customers waiting. I was told "there is no need to be rude" "we have rules about what assigned employees are to report to the cash registers when needed. . . it's policy" they were having a "shift change". . .I'm sorry, what if the assigned employee was in restroom with diarrhea are we just supposed to wait 20 mins in line because it's "policy".As a customer, I don't know nor do i care about your "policy" of "assigned employees". As an employee of a store, your number one responsibility is your customers, shift change or not. If being rude is asking someone to do their job, then i guess I was rude."

"People shop here because if lack of choices. If they had a larger store they could stock their shelves better. Their store wouldnt be such chaos! Why would they not be jumping at the opportunity to rent the old Shopko?! Give them more space plus keep competitive stores from moving in!"

"Employees are kind and helpful. The store is crowded and difficult to maneuver through. What is Dollar General thinking when they build a small store and then overload it with merchandise. This is the smallest and most cramped DG store I've seen. How can the employees keep something so small neat and tidy when they don't have the space they need. Corporate, I hope you see this."
