"I saw the van for this "daycare" driving down West Maple on 5-18-2016 around 3:20pm with an infant carrier(rear facing ONLY) forward facing and not strapped in. There was also a 2 or 3 year old not in a child's car seat and with the vans seat belt behind his back. This is not only extremely unsafe, it is illegal!"
