"Went to this place today at 4:29 on my receipt. They had 1 tire in my size 255/65r18. The guy said it was a good tire with 90 plus thread for $80 so I agreed to to purchase it. Another guy came out and raised my suv up with the jack. He than proceeded to take off my old tire. The man struggled with it or maybe new at it because he was hitting my rim trying to take off my tire. The man takes my tire off, goes inside to change out my tire, puts it back on. I leave after he was finished and head home. After a hour of sitting my sensor goes off when I get ready to go to the store for my front passenger tire needing air. I thought maybe he didn't put the correct air psi amount in. So I go and put air in the tire go to the store. After I was finished my sensor goes off leaving the store for the same tire. So I go to put air in it again, except this time I noticed as I'm driving to go get the air my psi sensor on the dashboard is slowly going down. I called the store but remembered at this time at 6:42p.m they was closed since 5pm. My tire that was replaced several hours ago has been going down and at this point I'm upset with the service and how I got a bad tire from this place. I will hope they fix their mistake on this tire. Because taking advantage of people and telling customers they have good tires is unsafe for customers who utilize their cars on the road at which an accident can happen not only to the customer but others due to a default tire. **12/16/23 Went back this am and the guy who was present when I purchased the tire stated it was dirty around the rim, it was not checked and the bulb area as well. He mentioned they fixed the issue and no charge. Appreciate the help and how he got the issue fixed."

"My friend went and got a tire purchased the tire and the tire was messed up. Tire blew off the rim the next day, very unsafe for my friend whom has a baby and 2 other kids, Will never go here ever. Puts peoples life in danger & also charges them to fix there own problems lets give you 50$ after you could have killled my friends family with your messed up used tires. When they went in they said there was a hole pointed at a mark not allowing customer to investigate himself."

"Went in today, had everything done quick. After the tire was changed the center cap was missing and we asked for it. No one had any ideas about it after that an older guy in a cap started yelling at me and my wife about how it was only 2 dollars which is not. $25 for a cap. Honestly we felt robbed and didn't put up a fight after that. You pay for what you get for here. It'll be quick but if anything goes wrong they will not own up to their mistake and yell at you for it."

"Rim City was out of surprise when I was searching for a 265-35-18 continental tire for my E350 very anxiously. I called almost 20 tire shops in town and none had it in their stock. Soonest availability of that particular tire was afternoon of the same day which I couldn’t afford to wait another day while I had a long trip of 700 miles in front of me. Mo, the technician is the best in action- in less than 10 mins put the new tire and put me back on the road. Thank you guys— they made my day!!!"
