"On memorial day before closing time, the employee at the time cleared all of my rewards points. He said sorry and he says the manager would fix it. It's been about 3 months and I checked in again about it for the 4th time after being lied to and ignored about the issue from a handful of workers. I came in today to get some products and addressed the issue again to the employee and today the employee called me back and says the manager doesn't care and won't do anything to fix the issues and he apologized for it. I'll be shopping at a new vape store due to this experience and lack of care they have for their customers. I was shopping here for 8 years and the amount of lazy and rude workers I run into, I've had enough of it over the years."

"Went to buy pods for my wife's vapes and the person in the shop did not know what the vape was, which is fine. Called his "boss" and asked if the pods that they had would fit and the "boss" said yes. Went home to try them and they did not fit. I immediately called the shop back and said they didn't fit. The employee got defensive and said "my boss said they would fit" and obviously I wouldn't have called back if they didn't. After he said they would fit I said well they don't what do we do now he hung up on me and refused to say anything else. I hope the 16$ was worth losing a customer."

"When you walk in, it’s extremely clean. Crystal clear glass counters and faced product on the shelves. Very aesthetically pleasing. Giovanni (I hope I am spelling his name correctly), is a gentleman who just moved here from the Pacific Northwest and was such a pleasure to converse with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the shops’ selection of disposables. What a treat to be able to stand there with him for a few moments talking about life on the west coast. Awesome store, awesome employee… 5 BIG STARS. Hope to see Giovanni in there more often. I will be stopping again."
