"What a very rude group of associates! When I showed up close to closing to make a quick purchase the woman said “we are trying to get customers out of here!” Wow i won’t be shopping at Sally’s from now on! She locked the door as I was walking up purposefully and yelled through the glass."

"I have shopped at Sally’s for many years. I recently purchased tape in hair extensions the worst mistake of my life I really do not believe the hair is Remi even though it says it is it tangles so badly. I paid a lot of money to have them put in now I have to pay to have them taken out because they tangle so badly I can hardly run my fingers through them!"

My family has lived in West Omaha for over 23 years and we’ve always had to drive all the way to the Sally’s on 120th to find products for our hair type.
