"I got my first tattoo from Mojo/Joanne 17 years ago and have been back more times throughout the years. This last time was.... just bad. They lost my appointment, that I scheduled 3 weeks in advance, then was able to squeeze me in 3 days later. Okay fine accidents happen. I got a $250 gift certificate to use. I was there for less than 2 hours with set up. And they took the WHOLE certificate. I sent an idea of what I was looking for in an email. What I ended up with was NOTHING like what I was hoping for and it was pretty bad looking. I am sad and embarrassed by my tattoo and I don't see any way to make it better. Now I'm looking for a new artist because I have more I want."
