"I called to make an appointment for a Saturday a gal gave me the phone number of Tricia who does Saturdays. I called left 2 different messages as she called let ring once so called back left another message. She never called back. Would have been a new customer but obviously don't want the business wouldn't recommend. I'll go elsewhere and I'll let friends and family to go elsewhere."

Requested half of the price to do the appointment so I did that and went there, she was very nice, and I scheduled another appointment for that and on the day of appointment she called me and said I need to reschedule it so I said okay, then at the day of the rescheduled appointment, I called to rescheduled appointment, I wanted to go and I was ready but something came up so I called to rescheduled and she said that I'll lose my deposit if I reschedule, I thought the deposit will be for no show, then I called her again to understand why would I lose the deposit, she said because u didn't reschedule before 45 minutes of the appointment, I said I didn't knock and u didn't mention anything when I scheduled the appointment she said my policy is on my website, I told her u could mention that at the time of the appointment, again I thought the deposit would be for no show not for not being able to go to the appointment and she rescheduled too one time before me, anyways she said I can't go farther talking about that and said enjoy the nice weather I have nothing to say here and hanged up on my face, that was so weard, when she said that without even making it clear, I'm so disgusted and not gonna go back to her anymore for any service."
