Reviews
"Staffing was an issue while I was in EIOP. Sub clinicians were frequently needed and taught material without reviewing it beforehand. When asking about discharge transition, I was told to wait and that it would be handled later on in program. I was given outpatient clinician information a week and a half before my discharge. The clinicians pushed me to make appointments right away, but hadn’t sent my information to my outpatient dietician when we met for the first time the following week. My outpatient therapist didn’t receive follow up from my ED Care therapist for 10 days after their initial contact. After discharge, I reached out to ED Care for help. They have yet to return my follow up email. I am grateful for the progress I made at ED Care, but I wish they had better communication and clearer procedures/expectations of patients."
"All this company cares about is the perception of success. They do not care about the individuals nor do they offer any flexibility for those going through their program. If you want a rigid program that doesn't care about whether or not you successfully complete the 10-week process this is the one for you."
