"I see an audiologist at this clinic for hearing aids. My audiologist is great. My issue is with the scheduling staff. In the process of getting new hearing aids ordered and fitted, I needed multiple appointments. For one appointment they called and said they had "somehow" double booked my time and the appointment was going to the other person. I couldn't get another appointment for 3 weeks. This was for for replacing malfunctioning hearing aids that affected my quality of life. The next appointment I arrived at the clinic to find out, again, they didn't have me down for my time and someone else was booked. Who knows how long it will be until they "find" another time in their schedule. This is beyond frustrating. My annual checkup next year will be somewhere else."

"If you have sudden onset Tinnitus that will not go away, do not come here. Do yourself a huge favor and locate somebody in Omaha that is specifically trained in Tinnitus Therapy. I found that expertise by reaching out to the Boys Town National Hearing Institute. It was a complete game changer for me. The level of care I received and treatment protocols specific to Tinnitus that I was made aware of, was a night and day contrast from the CHI ENT Clinic. CHI Audiologist told me what Tinnitus was and that I needed to see her once a year. Then a week later her colleague told me I didn't have signs of a tumor, and to come back in six months, gave me a blue handout on Tinnitus and said maybe it will go away by then. Needless to say, you have to be your own advocate when it comes to your health and care. I will not be going back to the CHI ENT Clinic."

"Horrible!!!!Dont book a appointment at 4:45 then make it seem like its inconvenient for you,due to not wanting to reschedule. Makes a parent uncomfortable. One bad apple can ruin the whole bunch."
