"I had a hair cut and beard trim by Eric. This was my first time at Oasis Barber shop and I needed a lot done. This was also my first visit to a true barber shop in probably fifty years (since my last crew cut when I was twelve or so), opting instead for walk in, get what you pay for places. The experience was great, the first thing you notice is the banter that is going on between the barbers (they were planning a fall chili cook off). I gave Eric a very general idea of what I wanted, he stood back looked me over, and got to work. He has good instincts... He got it exactly right. In the end, Eric spent an hour and a half on me, whereas previously I was in and out of the walk in joints in 20 minutes. I went home feeling good about myself, because someone cared enough to listen and took the time to get it right."
