"Went and had my nose cauterized here because they were affordable and I have a high deductible so I would have had to pay for it myself anyway so I decided just to pay cash. My mistake. They said they could get me in right away with the nurse practitioner which I was fine with. Went in she cauterized my and also accidentally which I noticed later got some of the chemical on the outside of my nose or scraped me with something because I had a scab on the outside of my nose. I followed their instructions to the T and my nose started bleeding in the night about 36 hours after I had it done. Called them up and asked if they stand behind it and try to fix it. Plus it was bleeding worse than it did before. Their words were that they would have to charge me again because they can get away with charging the insurance company more than once and basically it's not their problem that I paid cash. I know that's perfectly legal but it also explains why they don't have five stars because I wouldn't have a very good review either in my business if I wasn't willing to stand behind my work at all."
