"Update I been seeing Dr. Kanade almost 2 yrs. The staff and him always made me feel welcome and comfortable. I like Dr. Kanade will take time with you, explain things clearly and answer any questions. He works well with my Endocrinologist office and the VA. If I could give 10 stars I would. First review: I was a little scare before I went, but the staff and Dr Kanade. Explain things clearly, why my other health conditions play part. I looking forward to seeing them again in February. They all seem that the patient was there Number one concern. I never felt like they were rushing the appointment through. Great Plains have excellent staff and Doctors. Had my second Visit, with Dr Kanade, another great experience and appointment. You really should Consider his practice He listens, answer your questions and he straight with you and your care. Wonderful office help and nurses in his practice."

"Parking is adequate. Lobby is spacious, but no one at the reception desk. Sign in on the 2nd floor is efficient. Receptionist is cordial and prompt. Appointment started right on time. Nursing assistant is pleasant. The physician is friendly and knowledgeable. Bladder scan accomplished promptly. Results explained clearly. Discharge instructions are concise. Making follow up appointment is easy . Highly recommended"

"Always very accommodating with my dad’s schedule, as he drives 1.5 to get there. And receptionist Helen is AWESOME: she’s so warm, welcoming, and helpful (especially when scheduling!)!!! We get in right away when we show up — no waiting — and both nurses and doctors are friendly/gracious, while still being efficient. Great department all around!"

"The staff treats you like a human being. They sit with you and genuinely listen as you answer their questions. There was no sense of hurrying during the appointment. When the doctor took over he too showed no signs of hurrying or needing to be somewhere else. He listened and then gave his opinion and treatment plan going forward using easy to understand language with a genuine caring tone in his voice. Overall a refreshing experience. I would recommend them to anyone including family members."
