"The wait was really long but no problem. The Melanie I saw was overworked and said she had not got lunch. I felt completely judged and my initial concern was not addressed. Sad. I've always had good experiences here."

"The receptionist, the nurse, the PA... they were all very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. I especially appre iated the PA taking her time and explaining everything to me. Not a place I want to HAVE to go, but couldn't have asked for better people!"

"The staff are friendly and efficient. The gal at the front desk was a little hard for me to hear with my head all stuffy but she was really nice. Clean facility and they were working their tails off to get folks seen quickly."

"I set in the waiting room for over a hour. Yes I did arrive 10 minutes after they opened. Then I as in the exam room for a hour. I went out and asked if it would be faster to go to hospital as I had heard the people who was seen before us leave. Then the nurse practitioner came in with a very bad attitude. Cause my daughter had a rash all over and I didn’t know what it was from. She was crying and itching. I had already gave Benadryl and it wasn’t working that’s why we had went in. She was given a shot and tested for strep throat. I will probably never use urgent care again might as well take my chance with the hospital."

"I will not go back. I was suffering with a Sinus Infection. I needed an Antibiotic and was ONLY offered Holistic Solutions, no medication. I am 55 years old, I go through this twice a year so I am very familiar with what needs done. The provider, I believe Melanie was her name needs to get out of the Medical Field and go into a Holistic practice. She told me she COULD NOT prescribe an Antibiotic because they are Audited and if she prescribed too many Antibiotics she would get in trouble. She is Highly Unprofessional. I will go to my PCP moving forward."
