"Since my initial review several years ago, this location has gone downhill. Even going back to a year ago and you'll find completely different stylists. Now some are good, but some are extremely bad. I won't name names, but my son is devastated after his recent haircut. We didn't have the heart to say anything there because he was already upset and it's not like they could have glued the hair back on. If you've gone here before, don't rely on the notes they took previously because it doesn't seem to matter now."

"I used to enjoy going to this location, but was disappointed that the owners of this location fired Kelsey and another stylist who decided to branch out on their own. She gave them over a month notice and they came in one day, and fired. Kelsey moved to a location miles away would not poach customers. Except me, glad I found her in Elkhorn in a strip mall behind the McDonalds....."
