"I walked in, and they were able to get to me right away. I am very cheap but really liked the service aspect of this place. As well as the ability to see different sports events on the televisions that are through the business. The head massage, warm towel on the face it was very relaxing. A full scale barber shop. If it is your first timer, ask if they have any coupons available. I will definitely be returning in the future."

"With no complications prior to sitting down, I explained I wanted a mid fade with a 0 on the bottom and a half inch clipped off the top. The entire haircut took 5 minutes. They used one pair of clippers to skin trim the bottom half and the same pair with a comb to do the top. There was no blending at all, and my fade looks sloppy and patchy. The line isn’t even straight. They then used the SAME pair of clippers they use to do fades to cut the top of my hair, resulting in terrible straight lines of hair on top of my head. I have never felt more rushed out of the door nor have I ever gotten a whole haircut with one pair of clippers and the same guard. Looks terrible, feels terrible."

"The lady didn't even know what high and tight with a knuckle cut on top means. I understand everyone needs to learn but i feel like this is as basic of a haircut as possible... i guess ill wait for it to grow back and wait for an appointment with my regular barber and not skimp on the price with sport clips next time"

"I took my nephew and the cut he got was horrendous. I asked her to fix it, but she responded with "I have 10 years of experience". She was loud, obnoxious and had no customer service skills. I did tip her and walked out, but couldn't leave the parking lot with his hair that way so went back in. Another stylist did what she could with it, but it's just bad. Literally the worst haircut he's had at 5 years old. Spots of hair missing, uneven and not lined properly. Britt needs more training."
