"Today was a rough day for Joe to work on my car. He made an attempt; however, his mom is in the hospital. I can only imagine the stress he is going through. He was not able to fix my car. I was not charged for today and they are going to give me a cheaper quote tomorrow. Hopefully Joe's mom will be better on the new scheduled day. I will admit one downfall: Joe needs adequate staffing so when he has a family emergency, he has someone able to finish the job. I'm not sure if he's hiring, but if you're an honest mechanic in need of a job it will not hurt to ask."
