Comfort Suites East Lincoln - Mall Area

"The girl I spoke to at the front desk acted like even attempting to speak was a huge inconvenience to her!!! I’m sorry, are you not employed here ??? Her tone was put out and rude!! I said thank you to her for reserving a room and her reply was yep, it’s done??? This hotel needs a real overhaul on the people they employ to be at their front desk!!!! My husband travels a lot for work and stays at a lot of choice hotels and this was one of the rudest! We will take our business elsewhere next time."

"Location is amazing but the hotel Staff in no way made us feel comfortable. Even went as far as to kick my 3 siblings out of the pool WHILE I WAS WATCHING THEM and say they charge people for this and just called the police on someone for this the other day ( didn’t know it was that big of an issue we literally do this at every hotel in Lincoln ) staff is absolutely disgusting towards their guests. Definitely will not be coming back here! If you want a nice hotel to stay at THIS IS NOT THE ONE!"

"The beds and room were great. Smelled a little like dirty feet. Carpet needs cleaning. Front desk staff need to smile and greet their guests. We were there for 3 nights because of the snow and not one of them were welcoming. Breakfast was great. Pool was wonderful. A little cold. But kids loved it. TV was not great."

"We stayed here while in town for a wedding. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The pool was closed for maintenance so besides the kids being a little disappointed about that we would highly recommend this property."

"Wonderful hotel, would stay again. Check in was quick and our special requests were honored. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was more then expected. We didn't use the pool because there were kids in enjoying it but it looked clean and the kids were having fun. We had a problem with our card keys but it was quickly corrected. Quiet room and the air was quiet."
