"If I could give Kayla a rating further than 5 stars, I would! This was my first time ever getting waxed and I went all in with 3 different waxing services all in the same session. Waxing CAN be for the faint of heart, but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt! Despite the uncomfortable experience that is waxing, Kayla made it sooooooo comfortable! The ambience was and is far better than what I've seen picture wise with chain waxing places and Kayla herself is an absolute joy! Very personable, laid back and a great communicator!
