"I want to report a very reckless driver. I was heading north on Highway 75. The driver was merging in from Highway 34 coming west from Iowa. I was going approximately 75 miles per hour. I was passed the on-ramp. He could’ve easily merged in behind me and passed me in the left lane as he legally should have. Like I said, I was passed the on-ramp. He literally had to speed up to passed me on the shoulder. He had to of been going 80 on the shoulder to pass me. It would’ve been a horrible accident. I don’t know what he was thinking it was 830 on Wednesday, July 5. And the truck he was driving looks like a dump truck with wooden rails on the back end. I hope you can figure out who it was. Because he was a reckless driver, and this is a very bad advertisement for your company."
