"After barely getting through a intersection with a failing alternator I was in full blown panic mode. I found Nearby Towing Omaha on google and was hoping I would get some help. I got super prompt transparent service from the gentleman who helped me on the phone. Not really knowing the area I wasn't the best at describing where I was at, but they didn't make me feel at all out of place. Helped me figure out where I was and exactly where I needed to get the car. They were knowledgeable about the area and super pleasant to work with. I wanted to make sure they had everything they needed to deal with the car and wanted to meet them at the car even though the time would be a little longer. I mis understood their instructions and arrived almost 20 minutes after they got there. No fuss over my tardiness just a ton of understanding and forgiveness. They let me follow them to the drop off, put it right where I needed it and were all smiles the whole time. Great service, Great Experience, and when you are stranded in the middle of a new place with no-one else to call for help, I can't imagine a better experience. Thank you Nearby Towing Omaha!"

"Absolutely terrible. Yes they were fast, yes they got my car to the shop but, they over charged. I paid over the phone and he called back and said “your card didn’t go through can I have the information again!” I gave it to him but upon checking my account the next day, there were two charges for the same amount. I called, left a VM and didn’t get a response. The next day I called and my number was blocked. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Do not trust these people."

"I would definitely recommend Nearby Towing Omaha. My car had trouble on a recent evening off the interstate in IA and I had to leave it in a parking lot overnight. They went the extra mile, literally, to make sure I didn’t have to drive my keys back out 2 hours round trip to where the car was, but instead met me in Omaha so I could give them the keys there. They were very professional and extremely accommodating to my situation which I greatly appreciate. Great company and great employees! Thank you again!"

"Called and scheduled roadside assistance. Called 5-10 minutes later because I found a provider that could do the service I requested and to cancel the service. Employee was pleasant and said he would refund me. A few weeks later, the same employee said he couldn't offer a refund because driver arrived on scene. I never saw the driver and received no services from this company. Warning others before going into business with them, as this is poor integrity/customer service."

"Really amazing service. The dispatcher and driver both handled my situation amazingly. Got to my area in a reasonable time and towed the car to my house in a safe and professional manner. If I ever have any car problems again while stuck out in the road, I'll be sure to give them a call to help me out again."
