"Selected this company over a less expensive company thinking it would be better quality. Unbeknown to us until AFTER job started, they subcontracted to a guy in business for two years. GB employee only showed up once during build, on our request. Concrete cracked in three places prior to job completion. Contacted GB owner, owner stated, “Ya, well, concrete cracks!” Brick work shoddy and weeping brown liquid. Sub-Contractor stated, “Hmm, haven’t seen that before, I don’t do brick work.” HE did this brickwork!! GB took zero responsibility for the work, refused compensation, and were less than concerned. Their effort was coming out to look at issues. No action taken at all. Mess left from brickwork partially cleaned. This was a $23,000 job! Owner stated he didn’t know about job, or that it was subcontracted. It was all the doing of one of his employees. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"I had some yard maintenance done by this business and they did a great job. Shaun comes out to apply a treatment and explains everything he does which is great customer service. However, when trying to schedule a landscaping project is next to impossible to talk to someone. They do a great job and will gladly hire them again for another project."
