"Front desk extremely unprofessional. They never introduced themselves. I was calling from another dental office requesting records for a mutual patient she did not want to send the records over and proceeded to just give me some info verbally and when I asked if it could be sent via email she sighed and asked you want her last visit sent to you and and I said yes please which she sighed again and did a little laugh. I will make sure we don’t refer to them again."

"I've read the reviews but all I can say based on my experience. I've been coming to this place since last yr & everyone that I came across this place is so nice & accommodating. Yes sometimes getting an appointment is hard specially if it's your 1st time as they're always booked weeks even months ahead sometimes but that didn't give me any problems at all. My Dr & the rest of the staff are very nice & accommodating."

"Extremely rude front desk who answer the phone. They started to charge a 3% process fee by paying the bill over the phone. I decided to go to the clinic to pay, they were told I was not guaranteed to be helped right away. This makes me feel like they does not want us to go there to pay. All my payment from my HSA account which only comes with card. They even try to argue with me everywhere now charge a processing fee which is not right and told me just take for what it is. I paid quite a few medical bills and never got charge a processing fee by paying over the phone. No longer willing to go back! Horrible!"

"Debbie K is correct. Unprofessional support staff. Disrespectful. DDS and hygienist were great, but I won’t work with an organization that treats paying customers without regard to their medical issues and is more interested in payment as you walk out the door.The “girl” at the front should not be with customers. I’d suggest working with wild animals they’d suit her attitude and “talents.” BTW I contacted them twice post surgery without the benefit or courtesy of a return call."

"Dr. Cline was awesome, I do not do well when I have to have dental procedures done and Dr. Cline I feel was very attentive and went out of his way to talk to me through the procedure, asking how I was doing multiple times. His assistant Cynthia was so amazing and caring as well. They both made my experience better than what I was expecting."
