He numbed me completely and performed the procedure while talking me through it; explaining every step he took and what to expect as he was performing it. He was both gentle and reassuring as well as precise, thorough and direct. He numbed me with such sufficiency that I did not feel pain throughout the entire procedure. I would ABSOLUTELY refer anyone to Dr. McConnell. …this referral coming from a mature adult who still grabs the arms of the chair so tight that her fingers turn white, and who draws her knees up to her chest just to endure such procedures."

I was expecting to be told it would be several days to even a week until I could get in especially with being a new patient. They were able to get me in the next morning even with me requiring sedation! Everyone was professional and polite. Dr. McConnell and his assistant were great.
