"I just called to schedule an appointment and as soon as she found out my insurance wasn’t accepted she was rude. I let her know Google says directly under her name insurance accepted so she could maybe update it and save herself and everyone time. (As a previous manager this is INSANELY easy to do). She rudely hung up on me. This was a 3 minute conversation, I can not imagine a whole hour with her. Thankful my insurance wasn’t accepted."
