"My wife had an appointment and canceled last minute due to us wanting to attend an event for my son and his school. We understand its a bit of an inconvenience, but Dr. Hartman still decided to remove my wife as her patient for good. Little did I know since I wasn't able to fill in for my wife that same day I too got removed as her patient. Talk about being petty. I've been told this is pretty common of Dr. Hartman to do. If this is how she runs her business them I'm surprised she manages to keep clients as it is. Very unprofessional and she doesn't have the audacity to do it over the phone or in person. She makes her staff do her dirty work for her. I wouldn't recommend her. Find somebody else in the area or travel for a more better and professional dentist. You'll be glad you did."
