"The absolute best group of dental professionals! I have been a patient at the office for 15 years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. They do it all here, I’ve always had thorough cleanings by their hygienists, the Dr’s take their time with their exam, and listen to all of my concerns and questions. I was having problems with headaches and grinding my teeth at night so Dr Marsh made a custom splint that I wear at night that relaxes my TMJ and I am now headache free and saving wear and tear on my teeth. They have also made my husband an oral sleep appliance that moves his bottom jaw forward to open up his airway so he can breathe easier at night to help with sleep apnea since he has a hard time wearing a cpap. One of the best things about this office is how they are so good with kids! One of my kiddos, who is deathly afraid of needles, had a sporting accident breaking a few of his front teeth, not only did they need fillings to build the tooth back up but root canals as well. I thought for sure he was going to have to be sedated or gassed but Julie and Val reassured me he wouldn’t need any of that, and they were right, he didn’t!!!! They let him watch tv with headphones on and told him that Dr Marsh had to put some “sleepy water” on the gums so the teeth could take a nap while they fixed them, he had no idea they used a needle and didn’t feel a thing for 2 root canals. (I had to snag a picture because I was in disbelief that a 9 year old was laughing while getting a root canal.) We’ve enjoyed getting to know Dr Lucas the past year and a half, he has done treatment on 2 out of 3 of my kids as well as dental exams for my whole family and he was just as thorough as Dr Pieper and Dr Marsh. I can’t forget about the girls up front, Tracy and Leslie, they are such a joy to have as soon as you walk through the front doors. Not only are they fun to chat with but are fantastic at helping me figure out the “business” side of things. Tracy has worked miracles to get my families dental emergencies into the office as fast as possible and is always great about calling with a friendly reminder about our upcoming appointments that I sometimes forget to put on the calendar 6 months ago. As for Leslie, she is so patient with all my insurance questions, and explaining everything so I can understand it because the pieces of paper Delta Dental send me are so confusing. I can go on and on about how wonderful this group of professionals are but there’s not enough time or words to thank them for the fantastic care my entire family has received over the years."
