"Manager provoked a fight over nothing and was very rude both days. As Im Walking in the door he come running out from behind the counter almost hitting me as im entering the store then stands their and said I need manners as he escalated a verbal fight. You can hardly see behind the counter when opening the door so kind of hard to know when someone is running out from behind the counter. Manager Refuses to address the situation, so I dont consider him a manager, called KS corporate number and no reply goes to show the level of care for their company. Tried to resolve this the next day and he still refused. If he wants to go on about manners, manners are given when manners are received and and same with disrespect. Im leaving 2 stars due to the fact that the afternoon (after 3pm) gals are great but I will probably go to other stores from now on as the other stores care about their customers. The western and PNP stores in the vicinity are always busy compared to this store."
