"They automatically refill meds even when you tell them you do not want automated refills. I have complained 5 times at the store and twice to the corporate office and it keeps happening. This last time they refilled a medication my doctor had taken me off of months prior, and a month ago I stopped seeing this doctor. They claimed the doctor requested it but she would bot have requested a refill of a medication she took me off of, even if I were still a patient. This is not the first time I have caught them lying to me either. No apologies, just “if you are unhappy you can go somewhere else.” I would go elsewhere but my insurance requires me to use CVS."
